September 9th to 12th, 2026 , the 2026 Zhejiang (Indonesia) International Engineering Exhibition, hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce and organized by Zhejiang Times International Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., was successfully held at the Jakarta International Exhibition Center. This exhibition, held concurrently with the 2026 Indonesia Concrete, Construction Machinery Equipment and Materials Exhibition, was presented as a sub-exhibition of the Southeast Asia Concrete Thematic Exhibition. The Zhejiang Provincial Chamber of Commerce for International Contractors assisted in organizing participation from well-known provincial enterprises such as Zhejiang Thermal Power, East China Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chint Electric, Zhejiang Weixing, Zhejiang Construction Machinery, Zhejiang Mining Heavy Industry, Jianwei Law Firm, Ping An Insurance, Hongchang Aluminum, and Qiannianzhou.
As Southeast Asia's largest economy and a core market for regional infrastructure and green transformation, Indonesia has continuously introduced significant policies to support the development of clean energy and new infrastructure. China has been Indonesia's largest trading partner for 13 consecutive years, and the two countries have a deep-rooted and fruitful cooperative relationship in areas such as photovoltaic modules, energy storage systems, power EPC projects, green infrastructure, new energy charging piles, construction machinery, and building materials equipment.
This year's exhibition covers a total area of 60,000 square meters. The scope of exhibits encompasses the entire infrastructure industry chain, including construction machinery, concrete equipment, mining equipment, new building materials, and supporting components. Internationally renowned companies such as Volvo CE, Metso Outotec, Adhi Karya (Indonesia), SCG Group (Thailand), Sany Heavy Industry, Zoomlion, Huawei, XCMG Group, Shandong Heavy Industry Group, Conch Cement, and Oriental Yuhong are among the exhibitors. The exhibition also features several industry summit forums, technology roadshows, and government-enterprise matchmaking events. On-site meetings were held with Indonesia's national power company, large local EPC contractors, energy investment institutions, contractors for the new capital city construction project, large engineering construction groups, and industrial and commercial procurement teams. This facilitated precise matching of upstream and downstream supply and demand resources both domestically and internationally, building an efficient and pragmatic cooperation bridge for Zhejiang enterprises to expand into the Indonesian infrastructure market.
At the exhibition, the Zhejiang delegation focused on market matchmaking in areas such as overseas contracting projects, supply services, and equipment manufacturing. They promoted Zhejiang's technological achievements and comprehensive solutions in nine key areas: green energy engineering, new energy equipment manufacturing, new building materials, engineering machinery and equipment, mining and environmental protection equipment, foreign-related legal services, financial and insurance support, green aluminum new materials, and green home furnishing import and export trade. Participating Zhejiang enterprises showcased a number of representative innovative achievements and cutting-edge technologies, fully demonstrating the province's strength in green energy and collaborative innovation across the entire industry chain, and showcasing the responsibility of Chinese enterprises in promoting global green and low-carbon development. Through physical exhibits, multimedia demonstrations, and on-site business interactions, enterprises comprehensively displayed Zhejiang's photovoltaic, wind power, and energy storage clean energy projects, as well as advanced technologies and benchmark cases in infrastructure equipment, green building materials, new materials, and cross-border supporting services, attracting a large number of visitors to stop and exchange ideas. At the exhibition, professional buyers and industry guests from home and abroad expressed a strong willingness to cooperate with Zhejiang's sustainable energy and full-chain industrial solutions.
